The Fucking Machine Project
|
Ya know I have always loved fucking machines. I spend several years searching in vain for one
of those huge ancient Hobart mixers, ya know the kind they had in the school cafeteria, about
waist high with massive beaters? I always thought it would be so cool to make a fucking machine
out of one of those...nothing more humiliating then being fucked by a kitchen appliance! I can
just see the look of terror in my subbie's eyes...strapped down and being wore out by the
machine when I announce with glee that I'm turning it up to "whip"!!
The machines I've seen for sale on the web are very nice but also far out of my budget, so in
October 07 I decided to attempt to build my own. I've got to tell you that if you think your gonna
find clear directions and/or plans, GOOD LUCK. A little about me, I'm an avid leather worker
and a decent furniture maker (I've made all the furniture on my web site except the OBGYN table
and the Birthing Chair), I have about as much welding experience as my 4 yr old grandson and
only slightly more electronics experience (at least when I started this project). I consider myself
creative and resourceful and most importantly I was confident I could make this project work.
Here's some things I'd like to tell you about building a fucking machine, taken from my own
experience.
1. Do all the research you can, look at all the fucking machine web sites and get an idea of what
you want yours to look like. Most important: read the specs on all the machines. Your gonna
have to buy a motor and you need to make a wise choice.
2. The king of all things creative in the BDSM realm is Sartan. He doesn't give actual directions
for the build but his site is FULL of valuable information and also he sells fucking machine parts.
3. I shopped Ebay for many of my parts, I got the motor, the linear pillow block bearings and the
shaft from Ebay. I got the motor speed control from Sartan.
4. Unless you own a machine shop your going to need the assistance of a creative and talented
machinist. I strongly recommend Mark S. Mark has a shop full of equipment, he's extraordinarily
talented, he has a kinky streak a mile wide PLUS he's a hell of a nice guy. If you can think it,
Mark can build it for you. Mark's got a web site for his boring vanilla stuff but prolly the best way
to reach him is at chevy396z@intrstar.net . Tell him Ms Di sent you (makes me look good and
ya never know, you could get a discount).
Another word about building one of these, if your dreaming about a machine you saw for
$1200.00 and think you can build it for $200.00, your dead wrong, my machine will end up
costing me about $450.00 when I'm done. You can prolly make one cheaper, but are you really
gonna like it?
I started out with a Bodine motor I bought used off Ebay. It's 130VDC, 1.8 amp, 67 in/lb torque,
165 RPM. Including shipping (which I recall was about $20.00) the price was $58. I bought a
Thompson 3/4 in shaft off Ebay for $19.00 including shipping. The 3/4" was prolly overkill but
since I wasn't sure how I was going to connect the ends I figured I needed a big enough rod to
be able to tap the ends for attachment. I bought a set of Thompson super pillow block bearings
off Ebay, I used one on this project and the cost was $33.00. A note about pillow block
bearings, they are expensive (watch ebay). The "super" bearings are like twice as long as the
regular pillow blocks and they really look great. If you have a Grainger supply local they have
pillow blocks also. I think you can use something else to stabilize the shaft but you may as well
suck it up and buy the pillow blocks, I think they're worth it.

To the left is the flywheel Mark custom built for this
motor, note the adjustability. I think he got the
stoke as short as 1 inch to a full 8 inches. Stroke
length was important to me as I play with both
male and female subs. I wanted to use a
"man-jack" type attachment to be able to tease
the hell out of my male sub with a masturbator
sleeve but also have a long stoke for fucking my
fem sub.
Above is some of Mark's fine work. On the far left is the shaft attachment to the flywheel, center is the
joint between the primary arm and the final arm. The right is the mounting plate he made so I can mount
this to the machine frame.
This is the machine as it sits today (Nov 19) in
Marks shop. Mark mounted it temporarily to test run
it. You can see that he tapped a threaded hole in
the end of the shaft so I have some means to mount
the dildo (I still haven't figured that part out yet but I
have an idea). When I started this project I was
thinking a metal cage type housing but it's so damn
pretty I think it deserves some type of exotic wood
platform to mount to, I'm thinking maybe paduk or if
the budget allows maybe even cocobola.
Thats as far as I got so far, I'll update as soon as I take my subbie up for a test fuck. Will post more pics as the
project comes along and hopefully will have a finished machine in another 2 weeks.
March 10, 2009 Many requests for info...I will start updating with pics this week, meanwhile here is a short vid for
you to check out!
(Ignore the comments
from the man behind the
lens, the machine does
NOT have 700 lbs of
torque but he DID take
an entire bottle of smart
ass pills before we did
the vid!)
